REFUND POLICY

Our products are all on a made to order basis specially handcrafted for you. You agree to our terms and conditions while placing an order. We do not offer any exchange or returns once an order is placed.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We have a NO RETURN & EXCHANGE Policy at DIRA as all products are specially made on order. However, if you receive a product other than what you have ordered you can contact us via e-mail or whatsapp within 24 hours of delivery and we can exchange the same for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Order once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances by the Customer.DIRA reserves the right to cancel an order under any unforeseen circumstances. We will refund your payment (if prepaid) within 30 working days. Kindly note that payment gateways may take upto 40 days to credit such an amount to your account.
