ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

A user consents to communicating with us through electronic records by visiting our website or by sending us emails or any other information. We will be communicating with you by means of an email or by an electronic record on our website which will be deemed adequate service of notice/electronic record.

SIZING

The fit of our garments might vary on the fabric, cut and style of each garment. Few garments are designed to have a slight loose and relaxed fit while some are more fitted. Users are requested to refer to our sizing chart to select the suitable size while placing an order.

COLOURS

At DirabyDiksha we make every effort to display the colors of our garments as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the product delivered will be of the exact colour as displayed in the monitor or screen of the user.

UNDELIVERED OUTFITS

We dispatch our products to the customers as soon as the garment is ready. Once an order is dispatched, delivery will be attempted and if the delivery fails, we will re-connect with the customer to re-attempt the delivery once only. In the event where we fail to connect with the customer for delivery, the said product will be kept safely on hold for a period of 1 month. If the customer fails to reply or communicate with us over this period of 1 month, we reserve the right to forfeit the payment made by the customer (in cases of online payment) and the said undelivered product will be discarded.

JURISDICTION

All matters will be subjected to Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh jurisdiction only.
