RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a NO RETURN & EXCHANGE Policy at DIRA as all products are specially made on order. However, if you receive a product other than what you have ordered you can contact us via e-mail or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we can exchange the same for you. Kindly note that a video of unboxing the package is compulsory for the product to be eligible for exchange, in cases of wrong product being delivered.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Order once placed cannot be cancelled under any circumstances by the Customer.DIRA reserves the right to cancel an order under any unforeseen circumstances. We will refund your payment (if prepaid) within 30 working days. Kindly note that payment gateways may take upto 40 days to credit such an amount to your account.
