However, if you receive a product other than what you have ordered you can contact us via e-mail or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery and we can exchange the same for you. Kindly note that a video of unboxing the package is compulsory for the product to be eligible for exchange, in cases of wrong product being delivered.
